You don't want to go to alvl > 40 as it can drop >4os Sword (rule 4).You can only farm in NM, not in Normal Cow level (rule 1).
For Crystal Sword, from item lvl 26-40, it can have up to 4os, >40: 6os.In NM and Hell, mlvl = area lvl, while Unique is alvl+2, Champion alvl+3, Super Uniques and Boss have their own levels table.Normal game only drop up to 3os item, NM: 4, Hell: 6.> Cold plain waypoint, and go to The Cave, all the way down to lvl 2 kill Coldcrow > Burial Ground, skip Blood Raven, only go Crypt till killing Bonebreaker Mausoleum has no super unique so skip > Stony Field(Rakanishu only don't go in to Tristram, as champions there > 40) Keep your MF to 0, and go with this route: In NM difficulties: For natural 4os Crystal Sword, my personal suggestion:
