To know whose turn it is, take a look at the Action Order in the upper left corner of the screen. Honkai Star Rail uses a turn-based combat system that allows every character and opponent to use one ability during their turn. Technique points are shown as little purple dots right next to the Skill button (see picture below).Įvery character has a different Technique ability, but they usually result in the enemy taking damage, the enemy suffering a debuff, or your characters receiving a combat bonus. You can do so by using the Skill button, as long as it has at least one Technique Point left (maximum stack is three). Got your enemy in sight?
